Jeb is North Peak Developments Director of Development and is in charge of land development and project management. He is a highly successful, results oriented, challenge driven, hands-on twenty-year professional with expertise in all facets of the commercial real estate development and construction industries. He has a verifiable track record showing the successful completion of over one-billion dollars in projects through developing partnerships, effectively managing and building positive rapport with clients, brokers, team members, bankers, designers, architects, engineers, city officials, contractors and suppliers. Jeb is highly skilled in strategic planning, negotiations, financial analysis, project management, contract execution, estimating, scheduling, dispute resolution, multi-tasking and motivating people.

He brings excellent troubleshooting and is a problem solver at all levels of the design and construction process by being able to see the “big picture”, staying level headed, making prompt decisions and executing.

Jeff, a retired professional firefighter of 15 years, has carried his passion for assisting others into his extensive background in real estate investing. With his experience in the fire department, Jeff has the ability to problem solve at the highest level, a necessary skill in development and real estate sales and acquisition. Jeff has been investing in real estate for 15 years and has completed over 100 flips, created two SEC regulated investment funds and has managed the acquisition of millions of dollars of real estate in 8 states along several different asset classes. As the co-founder of the North Peak Investment brand, Jeff’s desire is to create an opportunity for real estate investors to learn and invest alongside proven and experienced real estate professionals. Jeff continues to insist on transparency, consistent communication, and a desire to work with great people as his driving motivation.

Mark is North Peak Developments Director of Acquisitions. His role with our company includes: acquisitions, sales, land development, fund raising, due diligence and overseeing property management. Before Mark began working with North Peak Development, he was a sales manager for a Boeing company for 7 years prior to transitioning to Real Estate 12 years ago. Mark had his contractors license in the state of Oregon and has completed over 30 fix and flip homes that sold for between $100K and $1.2M. He also developed over 300 single family and multi family lots. On top of that he’s built over 40 new construction homes/ townhomes that ranged from $400K-$800K.

Kody Fordyce

Director of Business Logistics

As the Director of Business Logistics, Kody’s role at North Peak Development is to ensure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly. Kody is in charge of overall business logistics, project accountability software, general liaison between markets, investor updates, and playing a support role in project development and property management oversight. Kody has has worked with North Peak since 2017.

Prior to joining the North Peak team, he primarily focused on remodeling single family homes, new construction, facilitating residential land development projects and acting as a funding partner in Portland, Oregon and the Midwest. He began his first series of remodeling projects in 2012 while working as a professional firefighter.

Operations Manager

Cindy comes to North Peak with over 20 years of manufactured housing experience. She has managed multiple large portfolios throughout the United States over the last 20 years. Cindy graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Management.

Cindy specializes in community planning and revitalization. Her ability to work with highly distressed assets while keeping the welfare of the residents as a focal point is evident in every community under her management. Cindy’s ability to consistently acquire quality homes, prepare them for sale or rent and establish the necessary rapport with residents is unparalleled. Most importantly, Cindy has built and maintained crucial industry relationships that result in not only desirable, but efficient mobile home communities for our team and investors.

Todd handles the logistics of operations and property management in 5 mobile home communities totaling 198-lots. Todd’s experience in the past 20+ years has focused on education, sales, corporate finance and as an entrepreneur. His corporate finance and sales experience play a key role in the development of the teams communities. Todd’s company, Push Property REI LLC is the property management arm of our communities. Effective In-house property management allows for us to ensure quality, compliant and safe communities that reflect a clear path to profitability.
