Project Info

The Southeast region of Bend is one of the fastest growing areas of the city. Due to the large population influx that the region is experiencing, Bend is underserved in the multifamily and townhome sector. Recent reports have shown Bend to be in the top 5 fastest growing mid-size cities in the US. The immediate area offers unparalleled access to year-round outdoor recreation, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and employment. Mobility is excellent due to easily accessible local thoroughfares and highways. The property is also located less than thirty minutes from the Redmond Airport, which is currently undergoing a large terminal and infrastructure expansion. The Redmond airport is serviced by five carriers with direct flights to Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, San Francisco, Salt Lake City, and Seattle.

Ferguson Village contains the only high-density multifamily site in the “SE Elbow” Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) expansion. After three years of diligent effort by North Peak these parcels were fully annexed into the City of Bend in April of 2023.
Once the annexation was complete, it was then subdivided into six lots with varied zoning.
Two lots allow for the development of up to 139 town home units while two other lots are approved for a total of approximately 264 multifamily units. The remaining two lots are for general commercial use.
